Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general labor is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weed removal, and general landscaping.
• Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and work sites in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Assist with habitat restoration and environmental conservation activities as directed.
• Move materials, load and unload supplies, and handle tools and equipment.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance, minor repairs, and construction-related tasks.
• Collect and dispose of debris and waste in accordance with site requirements.
• Operate grounds maintenance tools and equipment safely and follow all applicable safety procedures.
• Assist other site personnel with general maintenance and labor duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
