The Longboard St. Thomas is seeking a high-energy dishwasher to maintain a clean, organized dish area and support BOH activities. You’ll help ensure smooth service, keep cookware and dining ware spotless, and contribute to a welcoming island dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, sanitation of dish area and equipment.
• Operate efficient systems to ensure health inspection readiness.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and well organized.
• Restock supplies and notify management when low.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and line support as needed.
• Support delivery unloads and stock areas as required.
• Uphold high standards of speed, accuracy, and pride in cleanliness.
• Keep Chef and Manager informed of kitchen needs.
