Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by law.
• Minimum age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and balance service between bar-top guests and the service well.
• Deliver knowledge of food, beer, wine, and spirits menus including ingredients and methods.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment and stock levels of perishables and spirits.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system according to standards.
