Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending or related experience in a full service restaurant.
• Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by law.
• Minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
• Excellent guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and balance service between bar top guests and the service well.
• Provide knowledge of all food, beer, wine, and spirits menus, including ingredients and presentation.
• Handle cash properly and operate the point-of-sale system following Hospitality Standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment and manage stock levels and inventory of perishables and spirits.
