Novel Prep is seeking an ISEE instructor to prepare students for the Independent School Entrance Examination. You will develop lesson plans, deliver instruction, assess progress, and provide feedback to help students improve performance.

The role involves after-school, in-person tutoring with a flexible schedule. A bachelor's degree in education or related field is required; a master's is preferred. Prior ISEE tutoring experience is advantageous.

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and materials.
• Administer practice tests to evaluate students' strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about changes to the ISEE exam and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources for ISEE preparation.

Qualifications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
