The role requires deep ISEE Upper Level knowledge, ability to explain scoring, and adaptive teaching across Verbal, Quantitative, Reading, and Math sections while maintaining a friendly, engaging style.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ISEE Upper Level sections (Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, Mathematics Achievement).
• Ability to explain stanine scoring and percentile interpretation.
• Experience preparing students for selective secondary school admissions.
• Familiarity with ERB practice materials and vocabulary study.
• Ability to teach advanced vocabulary strategies and time management.
• Strong communication and engaging teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available.
• Adapt instruction to meet each student’s learning style and needs.
• Communicate progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
