Job summary

Novel Prep is seeking an ISEE instructor to prepare students for the Independent School Entrance Examination. You will develop lesson plans, deliver instruction, assess progress, and provide feedback to help students improve performance.

The role involves after-school, in-person tutoring with a flexible schedule. A bachelor's degree in education or related field is required; a master's is preferred. Prior ISEE tutoring experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, English, math, or a related field.
• Master's degree (preferred) in a related area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt instruction for diverse student needs.
• Strong knowledge of ISEE content and format.
• Certification in teaching or tutoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the ISEE exam.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students using varied methods.
• Administer practice tests to evaluate student strengths and weaknesses.
