Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a leader for the ISD Management function at the Altus AFB site. You will oversee the design and development of ISD materials, course objects, and assessment tools, coordinating with SMEs and program leaders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will manage staffing, ISD tools, and on-site customer interfaces while driving improvements in training methods and metrics, ensuring traceability across documentation from startup to contract end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education/ISD or related field with 7 years ISD management experience.
• 5 years professional experience in curriculum development.
• USAF Mobility Training System ISD experience required; C-17 ISD experience highly desired.
• Experience leading teams in dynamic environments.
• Experience with data analytics measuring training system effectiveness.
• Proficient in MS Office; macros and Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Lead C-17 Training System ISD team at the C-17 Training System Support Center (TSSC) at Altus AFB, OK.
• Guide development of course materials, objectives, scenarios, and assessments with SME input.
• Manage staffing, knowledge/inventory, and department training to meet program requirements.
• Oversee ISD tools, licenses, and on-site customer meetings; produce presentation materials.
• Assign tasks within ISD team per IMS milestones; ensure traceability and QA per QMS.
• Collaborate with customers on performance management and instructional strategies.
• Develop budget, schedule, and scope milestones; drive continual department improvement.
