CAE USA Inc. seeks a senior ISD leader to manage the Courseware Development function and ensure the integrity of released ISD materials. You will guide design, development, and evaluation of ISD courses and media, with SME input, across multiple program phases.

You will maintain traceability of all ISD documentation from startup to contract end. Responsibilities include budgeting, schedule, scope milestones, and continual improvement of learning tools while interfacing with program leaders to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Instructional Systems Design or related field and 7 years of ISD management experience.
5 years of experience in systematic curriculum development.
USAF Mobility Training System ISD experience required.
C-17 Training System ISD experience highly desired.
Experience leading teams in a dynamic work environment.
Experience conducting data analytics measuring training system effectiveness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including developing macros for Excel.
Ability to quickly learn, understand and breakdown complex, high-tech systems.
Ability to prioritize work requirements with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Leads C-17 Training System ISD Team at the C-17 Training System Support Center (TSSC) at Altus AFB, OK.
Manages development and reviews proposals and program course materials with SMEs, including objectives and assessments.
Oversees staffing levels, knowledge inventory, and department training to meet program requirements.
Manages ISD tools and licenses to meet program needs.
Attends ISD-related customer and internal meetings and prepares required presentations.
