As an ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will oversee production operations at our Minneapolis facility within the Aerospace Strategic Business Group (AERO SBG). Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient, safe, and quality manufacturing processes, supervising production staff, coordinating schedules, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.
This role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, working the 3rd shift from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, starting Sunday night.
You will impact the manufacturing process within AERO SBG by driving operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will supervise a team of manufacturing professionals, leveraging your experience to lead safety, productivity, and quality initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to prioritize workloads and coach team members in technical and behavioral competencies to achieve business results.
