Job description

Supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world-class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. Your leadership will contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell's Repair and Overhaul production facilities. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach team members in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high-impact business results.

Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm + Occasional Weekend

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Additional Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and manage daily production operations within the ISC department
  2. Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support
  3. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and targets
  4. Monitor processes, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions
  5. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams
  6. Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment
  7. Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization
Must Have
  • 5+ years’ experience leading teams of 20+ employees
  • 1+ years’ experience in a relevant manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years’ experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
