Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor to oversee operations within the Integrated Supply Chain team, driving manufacturing goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

You will report to the Senior ISC Operations Manager, supervise daily production activities, mentor a team, and implement schedules to meet changing demands, including the 3:00 pm–2:00 am Shift B.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools to optimize operations.

Job description

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee the production operations within our Integrated Supply Chain team, ensuring that we meet our manufacturing goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will report directly to our Senior ISC Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location.

Work Schedule: Shift B hours will be 3:00 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Please note that hours are subject to change depending on business needs.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of Honeywell by driving operational excellence, improving production processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.

The annual base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000 . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
