Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor in Redmond, WA. You will oversee the Integrated Supply Chain production operations, reporting to the Senior ISC Operations Manager, and lead a team to meet manufacturing goals with high quality and efficiency.

The role includes supervising daily activities, implementing schedules, and driving Lean improvements in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will oversee the production operations within our Integrated Supply Chain team, ensuring that we meet our manufacturing goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will report directly to our Senior ISC Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location.

Work Schedule

Shift D hours will be 6:00pm to 6:30am, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please note that hours are subject to change depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet changing demands and priorities.

YOU MUST HAVE

The annual base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
