Honeywell Aerospace in Plymouth, MN is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri) to report to the Production Manager and lead the Plymouth Assembly Team on site.
You will supervise Work Flow Specialist and Production Operators, drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to resolve issues while coaching staff toward continuous improvement.
You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an On-site work schedule.

You will be the supervisor with primary responsibility on 2nd shift (Mon thru Fri) for the Plymouth, MN Assembly Team. You will be the primary support and the first escalation point of contact when needed. You will be responsible for leading the 1st shift Tiered Operating Systems (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, & Productivity) across the Navigation and Sensors Assembly areas. You will work closely with Assembly Operations Manager and other functional teams to create and execute the strategic goals for the areas of responsibility.

The annual base salary range for this position is $78,600.00 - $88,450.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
