As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes at our designated site. You will ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of production workers, manage resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production operations.

**Please note, you must be willing to work any of the below shifts:**

**_Monday-Sunday. Wk1 Tuesday, Wednesday- Saturday, Sunday- Work. Week 2 Monday, Thursday, Friday work. All of the hours are on the same shift schedule, either days or nights._**

**_5:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM_**

**_1_** **_st_** **_or 2_** **_nd_** **_shift (10 hours) Saturdays, as needed (3-4/month) either:_**

**_1st- 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM or;_**

**_2nd- 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Monday-Friday (Saturdays, as needed) either:_**

**_4:00 AM to 4:00 PM or;_**

**_4:00 PM to 4:00 AM_**

**Please note: This is an on-site position in Nebraska City, Nebraska - some relocation support is available.**

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Nebraska City, Nebraska location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our production operations, ensuring on-time delivery of products, minimizing downtime, and optimizing resource utilization. You will be responsible for leading a team of production operators, providing guidance and support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

+ Oversee and manage the daytoday production operations within the ISC department

+ Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance

+ Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 2+ years of experience in production supervision or a related field.

+ Experience in managing production teams and processes.

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
