Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor to oversee the designated site’s production processes, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met. You will lead a production team, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement to optimize operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, coach staff, and foster a culture of safety and performance. The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and adherence to compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production supervision or leadership in manufacturing/supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with MES and ERP to monitor and manage production activities.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements to cut costs and boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Implement and maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards in the production area.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
