Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning to shape the knowledge and skill development within the Integrated Supply Chain. Based at our global headquarters in Charlotte, NC, this hybrid role leads the design, implementation, and governance of scalable, data-backed learning programs across ISC.

You will collaborate with executives and HR to drive leadership development, performance improvement, and continuous learning across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of learning & development experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement data-driven learning strategies at scale.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Experience managing global stakeholders and delivering leadership training.
• Experience owning training programs end-to-end and delivering virtually and seated.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Executive presence with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own ISC Learning & Development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of leadership and professional development portfolio for frontline supervisors and site leaders.
• Apply adult learning theory to scalable learning solutions.
• Develop multi-modal learning solutions (ILT, virtual, digital, seated).
• Oversee capacity planning, budgeting, and quality standards for learning delivery.
• Partner with ISC executives, HR, and stakeholders to assess needs and measure impact.
• Design data-backed learning solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Establish governance, dashboards, and success metrics for scalable deployment.
• Lead deployment of learning tech platforms, LMS strategy, and adoption.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across ISC.
• Manage program planning, communications, logistics, and execution.
• Foster a high-performing, innovative, accountable team.
