Under the direction of the Clinical Application Support Manager participates as part of the Universal Health Services (UHS) clinical implementation team and performs liaison duties associated with ongoing support and maintenance of the Cerner Millennium application Palmdale Regional Medical Center. The coordinator serves as a liaison between departments, Information Services, Physician, and Corporate Information Services. This position provides problem tracking resolution and continual education to PRMC employees and Physicians.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, regulatory or accreditation requirements Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Basic to Intermediate Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and percentages.
Intermediate to High Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
