This position reports to eBusiness Technical Delivery Manager.

Your Role and Responsibilities

ABB Electrification is seeking an experienced Information Technology Solution Architect to work with enpower's architecture and platform technologies. As a Solution Architect in the ABB IS organization, you will work in a high-paced, international environment, solve complex problems, participate in building our IS solution capability, and grow with the rapidly developing business. The IS Solution Architect should have a strong development background (.Net, ReactJS, SQL) to design and implement backend solutions.

The work model for this role is: #LI-remote.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Implementing technical solutions using coding and design principles, utilizing languages and technologies such as C#, .Net Core, SQL, JavaScript/ReactJS.
• Collaborating with business and team members to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Identifying and managing risks to platform delivery, including contingency planning.
• Contributing to IS Problem and IS Incident Management to address ticket volume by detecting and eliminating recurring defects.
• Proactively supporting issue resolution during project delivery to prevent delays or negative impacts.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience with SaaS software and web API system architecture.
• Strong technical skills in:
• - .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST, Windows services, SQL.
• - Contemporary web technologies (React.JS, Webpack, Babel.js, Node.js).
• - Cloud Technologies: AWS, including EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway.
• - Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, MACH architecture.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex information to various stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills with limited information.
• Experience overseeing code quality, branching, and control processes.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and their applicability.
