Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory seeks a security-focused professional to maintain an optimal operational security posture for the SMC Information System. You will collaborate with the ISSM and IS owners to ensure policy implementation and risk management, acting as a SME on security of networks and data.

The role involves audits, RMF packaging, incident reporting, and coordinating changes with security teams, while ensuring training and access controls align with DOE and JSIG standards.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing RMF and cyber hardening controls.
• Familiarity with JSIG, NIST 800-53, and RMF processes.
• Active security clearances and DoD/NIST guidelines knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead accreditation package development (SSP, e.g., RA, etc.).
• Audit IS to ensure JSIG and RMF compliance and report incidents.
• Coordinate changes with ISSM/AO/DAO; maintain CM of IS.
• Develop and deliver security training materials and awareness.
