Qualifications

• Strong project management skills covering full lifecycle from requirements to close-out.
• Experience with IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades and relocations.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle, testing, and release management.
• Experience administering professional services contracts.
• Understanding of government regulations and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage County-wide IT projects through all life cycle.
• Gather user needs, requirements, feasibility, budgeting, and scope.
• Oversee vendor contracts, testing, and implementation approvals.
• Lead cross-department collaboration and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Provide training materials and user documentation as part of project deliverables.
