The IT organization encompasses a broad range of specialties, including Digital Health, Epic and Clinical Applications, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Infrastructure & Cloud Services, Software Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project and Program Management, IT Operations, and Information Security. Teams collaborate on high-impact initiatives such as electronic health record (EHR) optimization, digital transformation, data-driven decision making, cybersecurity protection, cloud modernization, and emerging healthcare technologies.

Play a pivotal role in orchestrating and managing strategic initiatives and projects from inception to completion for the Information Services department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, application, data analytics and project management professionals, as well as stakeholders from different business units, and senior leadership, to ensure the successful delivery of the projects. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be key in driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence within our Information Services department.
Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. (Required)
Master's Degree: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. (Preferred)
5 years proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or related role in the IT or Healthcare industry, with a successful track record of delivering complex programs. (Required)
Project Management Professional (PMP) – Preferred
The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual's combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications. Children's National is committed to providing a fair and competitive total rewards package to each of our employees. This base salary range does not include our comprehensive benefits package or any additional compensation for which this position may be eligible.
