Job summary

Inspira Health Network in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our inpatient teams.

The role requires enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire and graduation by the third anniversary, with NJ nursing licensure.

You will assess physical and psychosocial needs, develop and evaluate care plans, delegate tasks, and supervise staff; BLS/CPR are required and national certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BSN or MSN program within six months of hire; graduate by third anniversary date.
• Current registration with New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• BLS required; CPR certification.
• National Certification preferred.
• Welle certification required (will train).
• Minimum of one year medical-surgical nursing preferred.

MAJOR FUNCTION:Provides nursing services to patients requiring care. Ability to assess the physical, psychosocial, and learning needs of patients. Develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of care based on those assessments.
