Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for IS Applications Development to drive complex applications, data platforms, and security initiatives across the enterprise. You will lead development from requirements through implementation and mentor junior developers and analysts.

This role emphasizes secure coding practices, architectural governance, and hands-on work with React, Flask, Databricks, PostgreSQL, and SD Elements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in application development or a specialized technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

We’re actively seeking a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in application development, data platforms, and application security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex applications development and systems analysis initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex or novel problems.
• Develop and modify applications, system logic, technical specifications, and documentation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers/analysts.
• Drive secure development practices and enterprise compliance requirements.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

• Full-Stack Development - Strong experience with React (front end) and Flask (back end), with experience developing both with and without AI coding tools such as Claude Code.
• Data Foundation - Hands-on experience with Databricks and PostgreSQL.
• Application Security - Experience with SD Elements and implementing security countermeasures to meet enterprise Secure Development (SD) requirements.
