Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group seeks a Senior Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise applications across cloud-native stacks. You will own technical delivery, guide architecture decisions, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities span design, modernization, and supporting mission-critical systems, with emphasis on microservices, event-driven patterns, and secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js/Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.

• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.

Requirements:

• Experience with integration technologies such as Kafka, MuleSoft, ESB, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and database normalization.
• Good understanding of secure application design, data privacy, encryption, and access control.
• Hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio, and Draw.io.
• Experience using AI assisted/agentic AI frameworks for software development and workflow automation.
• Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and production support skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, influence architecture decisions, and deliver independently in a global, multi stakeholder environment.
