Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Irvine, California office. The attorney will manage a substantial and complex caseload, providing effective representation in workers' compensation matters.

Duties include case management, drafting and filing pleadings, guiding clients through the legal process, and preparing for depositions, mediations, and court appearances. JD and CA Bar admission with at least two years' experience required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active CA State Bar member in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the legal process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
