Job summary

Career Consulting Partners in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced Pre-lit Attorney to manage cases from intake through settlement with autonomy and strong support.

You will lead liability investigations, review medical records, draft demands, negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel, and guide clients through settlement decisions, while mentoring junior staff as the firm scales nationally. Must have CA Bar and 5+ years PI experience; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of plaintiff PI experience preferred.
• Track record managing a significant PI caseload.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cases from intake to settlement, including investigating liability, damages, and case value.
• Analyze medical records and evidence to build a case strategy and find added value.
• Draft and review demand packages.
• Negotiate directly with carriers and opposing counsel, then advise clients on offers.
• Guide clients through the process so they feel informed and cared for.
