Job summary

Ever is seeking a Facility Launch & EHS Manager to oversee the launch of Sales centers and build Cal/OSHA–compliant EHS programs for the Irvine operations. This 3-month contract to hire role covers vendor management, inspections, licenses, and ground-up safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive multiple launch workstreams, be proactive, and have strong organizational and communication skills with readiness to work on-site in Irvine, CA, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Working knowledge of Cal/OSHA Title 8 and California environmental regulations.
• Experience managing facility vendors, contractors, permits, or site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities launch of Ever’s Sales centers.
• Source and manage facility vendors and contractors for launches.
• Handle site inspections, licenses, and permits.
