Job summary

Ever is seeking a Facility Launch & EHS Manager to lead the launch of our Sales centers and build Environmental Health & Safety programs for safe, compliant operations. The role spans vendor management, site inspections, licenses, permits, and ground-up EHS development under Cal/OSHA regs.

Reporting to the Head of Launch, this 3-month contract role offers potential conversion to full-time. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and thrives in an operational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Cal/OSHA Title 8 and California environmental regs.
• Experience managing facility vendors, contractors, permits, or site ops.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA with up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities launch of Ever's Sales centers and manage setup.
• Source, price-check, and manage facility vendors and contractors.
• Handle site inspections, maintenance requests, licenses, and permits.
• Build Cal/OSHA-compliant EHS programs and training records.
• Coordinate safety training and incident investigations.
• Develop scalable safety programs for future locations and metrics.
