Job summary

Teva is seeking a Clinical Supply & Logistics professional to own IRT/RTSM systems for ongoing and new clinical studies. You’ll translate protocols into IRT requirements, design, configure, and lead UAT with external vendors, ensuring data integrity across IRT, EDC, forecasting, and inventory systems.

You will establish cross-functional standards, track KPIs, manage vendor performance, and serve as the primary IRT contact during audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech clinical operations or clinical supply chain.
• 3+ years hands-on IRT/RTSM ownership.
• Experience with major IRT platforms and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Translate protocols and supply strategies into IRT/RTSM requirements and design.
• Lead configuration, UAT, release, maintenance, and close-out with external IRT vendors.
• Establish standards and best practices across multiple IRT vendors.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, change requests, and issue resolution.
• Track KPIs and own change control and Audit Trail Reviews.
• Ensure data integrity across IRT, EDC, forecasting, and inventory systems; act as primary IRT contact during audits.
