Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Irrigation Specialist to service repairs, maintenance and installations, while managing customer relationships and driving service quality.

You will identify opportunities, present products, and handle scheduled routes with a focus on safety and compliance. The role requires strong customer service, English fluency, and a valid driver’s license; lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to work in a field setting are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, arithmetic and communicate effectively.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass MVR check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to health, safety and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Service irrigation repairs, maintenance and installations.
• Manage a pool of customers and ensure quality service.
• Present and sell company products and services to clients.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and relationships.
• Prepare paperwork to certify and maintain performed services.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition.
• Provide on-the-job training to new irrigation specialists.
