Rentokil is hiring an Irrigation Specialist in Florida to service irrigation repairs, maintenance, and installations. You will manage a pool of customers, build strong relationships, and educate clients on lawn, irrigation, pest control, and termite topics.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and background checks are required. Training and safety compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, arithmetic, and communicate clearly.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and English spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and pass drug screen/background checks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical work.

Responsibilities

• Service irrigation repairs, maintenance and installations.
• Manage a pool of customers and provide quality service.
• Build relationships with customers and employees.
• Educate customers about lawn, irrigation, pest control, and termite problems.
• Present and sell company products and services.
• Maintain customer accounts with scheduled services.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain vehicles/equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training to new irrigation specialists.
