Job summary

ProScapes is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician in Eagan, Minnesota. The role entails installing, servicing, and troubleshooting irrigation systems for both commercial and residential properties. Qualifications

• Active MN RPZ Backflow Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• 2–5 years of hands-on irrigation experience including installs, service, and winterization.
• Strong diagnostic skills for fault tracing and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Minnesota weather from April through November.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate a trencher, vibratory plow, and hand tools safely.
• Professional appearance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform spring start-ups, mid-season service calls, and fall blow-outs.
• Diagnose and repair issues with irrigation systems.
• Test, repair, and certify RPZ backflow assemblies in accordance with code.
• Install new irrigation systems and upgrades.
• Communicate clearly with clients about findings and recommendations.
• Document service calls including photos and parts used.
• Maintain a clean and stocked company truck.
• Follow safety and code requirements.
