Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Irrigation Laborer to perform maintenance on assigned irrigation systems at commercial sites. Under the foreman, you will assist with prep, trenching, pipe fitting, and hand backfilling to keep landscapes thriving.

Required is at least 1 year of experience with commercial irrigation, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with commercial irrigation systems
• Ability to work and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Pre-fabricate sub-assemblies based on samples provided by the foreman
• Assist in trenching and digging operators as needed
• Cut and glue lateral line pipe; fit, cut, and assemble drip tubing and fittings
• Perform hand backfilling
