Job summary

DeHamer Landscaping is seeking an Irrigation Service Technician to join our growing team. You will perform seasonal services, inspections, and repairs while upholding our standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

You will diagnose issues, install and repair components, and help ensure compliant, efficient irrigation across residential and commercial sites. A strong troubleshooting mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous irrigation experience preferred but not required; willingness to train the right person.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Turn irrigation systems on/off and perform thorough system inspections.
• Diagnose leaks, low pressure, coverage issues, electrical faults, and controller problems.
• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation components including sprinklers, valves, piping, wiring, controllers.
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with local water regulations.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements and customer communication.
