An Irrigation Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution and overall system performance. This role includes troubleshooting issues such as leaks, broken sprinkler heads, faulty valves, wiring problems, and controller malfunctions.
The Irrigation Technician does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
This position is primarily based in an outdoor work environment and is a full time role. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Flexibility may be required depending on workload and seasonal demands. Overtime, evening hours, weekend work, and travel may also be required. A valid unencumbered driver’s license is required this position.
