Job Summary

We are seeking an Irrigation Technician to join our team! Recently recognized as the #1 Irrigation Company in the United States by Landscape Management, we are proud to serve the Lake Norman area north of the Charlotte metro area. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be traveling to worksites, evaluating customer needs, and installing or repairing irrigation systems based on Conserva standards. You will maintain existing systems, troubleshoot problems, and make adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors and has previous landscaping or irrigation experience.

We provide training, vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure your success. Uniforms are supplied to keep you presentable and professional. We also provide phones or tablets to utilize available technology to maximize sales and enhance your skills. Salary is based on experience, with bonuses available based on performance and seniority.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and inspect irrigation systems according to company standards
• Engage with customers and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain punctuality and document appointments accurately
• Keep company vehicle clean and presentable

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Previous landscaping or irrigation experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot low-voltage electrical systems is a plus
• Experience operating light-duty equipment like skid-steers and trenchers is a plus
