Responsibilities include troubleshooting systems, programming timers, reading blueprints, and maintaining tools while communicating with clients and branch staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as an irrigation technician or in a similar role; certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and water management best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and irrigation schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems, including sprinklers, valves, controllers, and drip systems.
• Perform system diagnostics and identify water use efficiency improvements.
• Program and adjust irrigation timers and controllers to optimize water usage.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on irrigation systems.
• Ensure proper grading and drainage to prevent water pooling and erosion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, account manager, and branch manager to ensure project needs and deadlines are met.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent working condition.
