Primary Responsibilities:

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
2. Ensure teams are carrying out HLS Values daily and delivering quality work.
3. Mentor and provide training for team members.
4. Inspect and load equipment for the day’s work.
5. Drive to client locations.
6. Test irrigation systems using computer software.
7. Conduct routine maintenance checks.
8. Troubleshoot and replace faulty parts.

Skills:

Must have plumbing knowledge.

Familiar with all types of irrigation clocks.

Able to troubleshoot wiring issues.
