Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain company standards in all interactions, including with clients and personnel.
2. Inspect, program, adjust, and repair irrigation systems as directed.
3. Document employee and equipment use for each project.
4. Monitor budgets and communicate any concerns to managers.
5. Operate and maintain all equipment and vehicles properly, addressing any malfunctions or safety issues.
6. Follow all safety standards on job sites and company property.
7. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in irrigation, with leadership skills and initiative.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, with applied experience preferred.
• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and relevant laws.
• A valid driver’s license meeting company requirements.
• Effective communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
