Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Irrigation Technician to maintain and repair irrigation systems for our Commercial Landscape Maintenance properties. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and test systems, replace components, and ensure proper operation of timers and controls. Minimum of 1 year experience; valid driver's license required.

Spanish is a plus. This role involves outdoor work in varied weather, reading site maps, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience with installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems.
• Valid driver's license with ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record.
• Knowledge of irrigation equipment and site maps; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs irrigation systems including replacing valves, belts, switches and contacts.
• Monitors, troubleshoots and tests irrigation systems.
• Operates timers, clocks and controls for sprinklers.
• Repairs and replaces hoses, pipes, and sprinkler heads and fixtures.
• Installs or repairs irrigation lines and conducts detailed inspections.
• Promotes safety and proper maintenance of equipment.
