• Valid Driver's License Required (Age 18+): Due to commercial auto insurance requirements, applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Driving Record Check (Required): Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a driving record check to meet commercial auto insurance eligibility. Indicate if you have had any DUI convictions within the past three years. A clean driving record is necessary.
