Job summary

Florida Commercial Care, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead personnel and resources for quality, cost-effective irrigation services.

You will assist the Director of Irrigation with estimating, design and client meetings, and you may also sell irrigation services with or without base maintenance contracts. You will oversee multiple service teams, train staff, schedule daily operations, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in customer service, management and leadership.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate within a budget and manage costs.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service when dealing with clients daily.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct personnel and resources for irrigation services.
• Oversee all irrigation services including materials, people, equipment, subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and coordinate with director.
• Provide training and development for crews and oversee safety and quality.
• Manage paperwork, time sheets, and service schedules; monitor inventory.
