Qualifications

• Texas Irrigator License is required.
• 5+ years of commercial irrigation experience.
• Experience leading teams or supervising field personnel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily irrigation operations within the assigned territory.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections, repairs, audits, and service requests.
• Ensure safe, efficient work and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor workload distribution and technician productivity.
• Respond promptly to customer irrigation concerns and service requests.
• Coach, train, and develop Irrigation Technicians and Crew Leaders.
