Juniper is seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead our Commercial Landscape Maintenance teams. You will schedule projects, supervise crew members, manage resources, and ensure safety and quality standards while aligning with budgets and growth goals.

The role supports irrigation services and landscape enhancement projects for clients, with responsibilities spanning maintenance and installation activities and a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Oversee irrigation service teams and technicians and landscape crews.
• Provide day-to-day scheduling and guidance for irrigation needs.
• Coordinate materials, people, equipment and subcontractors.
• Train, counsel, and develop growth plans for employees.
• Monitor safety, quality standards and equipment maintenance.
• Assist with cost control and materials estimation for projects.

Responsibilities In Maintenance

• Oversee multiple irrigation service teams and technicians as well as landscape enhancement crews
• Responsible for providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for branch's irrigation needs and landscape enhancement projects
• Manage the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work
• Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees
• Training and support of irrigation and landscape enhancement team members, including proper operation of equipment, irrigation repair/service/maintenance techniques, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Personnel management, interviewing and hiring of team members
• Performing hands-on work with the irrigation and/or landscape enhancement crews to meet work and scheduling demands as needed
• Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and utilized
• Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries for irrigation and landscape enhancement projects
• Ability to create estimates for time & materials needed on irrigation projects
• Maintain all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases and service schedules for irrigation services and landscape enhancement projects
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients
• Other relevant job duties as needed.

Responsibilities In Install

• Oversee multiple irrigation installation teams and lead projects to completion
• Responsible for training and developing irrigation installation teams and providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance
• Manage all irrigation installations, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work
• Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees
• Manage training and support of irrigation team members, including proper operation of equipment, irrigation installation techniques, safety, and quality standards
• Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries
• Assist with creating estimates for time & materials needed on irrigation install projects
• Maintain job files for irrigation installation projects
• Attend job pre-walks and turn-over meetings
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients
• Other relevant job duties as needed.
