Juniper is looking for an Irrigation Manager to lead our Commercial Landscape Maintenance irrigation services and projects. You will oversee crews, schedule work, and manage resources to deliver high-quality irrigation solutions for clients.

In this role, you will ensure budgets, safety, and quality, provide training and career growth plans, and maintain equipment and materials while communicating effectively with clients to uphold outstanding service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple irrigation service teams and technicians and landscape enhancement crews.
• Provide day-to-day scheduling and guidance for irrigation needs and projects.
• Coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure quality work.
• Train and develop employees, including safety and quality standards.
• Perform hands-on work as needed to meet scheduling demands.
• Maintain equipment, order materials, and monitor costs and deliveries.
• Create estimates for time and materials on irrigation projects.
• Maintain timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication with clients.
