Responsibilities

• Oversee daily irrigation installation projects for timely, quality completion.
• Allocate crews, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor progress, address delays and changes with teams.
• Review job costing, labor hours, materials, and profitability.
• Manage purchasing and organization of installation materials and tools.
• Supervise equipment readiness and allocation.
• Lead crew members and foremen; provide training and development.
• Ensure installations meet design specs, codes and standards.
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections; align with client expectations.
• Coordinate timelines with landscape construction and operations teams.
• Support workforce planning and continuous improvement.
