Greenstar Landscaping & Irrigation Co. in South Florida is seeking an irrigation foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems while managing a crew, projects, and resources.

You will coordinate job activities, prepare estimates and proposals, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3+ years as an irrigation technician, 5+ years as a foreman, 5 years in agricultural-related work, and English fluency (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an irrigation technician.
• 5+ years experience as an irrigation foreman.
• 5+ years of industry-related (agricultural) experience.
• Must speak English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix irrigation systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and use a wire tracker.
• Perform wet checks and ensure zones are up and running.
• Install, repair, and replace valves, irrigation pumps, timers, solenoids, controllers, and sensors.
• Delegate tasks and supervise crew to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Understand South Florida landscapes and water needs.
