Job summary

Sunrise Irrigation is actively seeking an Irrigation Foreman for full-time on-site work in Winter Garden, FL. The role focuses on leading installation and revamp projects, guiding technicians, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in irrigation installation and maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with customers and the operations team.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of irrigation system installation and maintenance.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the installation of new irrigation systems, ensuring adherence to company standards, design specifications, and local codes.
Oversee the revamping of existing irrigation systems, coordinating retrofitting with upgraded components.
Mentor junior revamp/install technician in irrigation system components and troubleshooting.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing Sunrise Irrigation professionally.
