Greenhall Commercial Landscapes is seeking an Irrigation Field Manager in Omaha to oversee irrigation operations and lead a small team. You will manage schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely responses to client and team needs in a fast-paced landscape environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of irrigation experience required.
• 3+ years in customer service preferred.
• Proactive team player who collaborates to solve problems.
• Focus on repeatable success through well-thought-out systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small irrigation team with 1:1 meetings and clear information flow.
• Provide constructive feedback and coach team members.
• Champion safety-first culture through policies and training.
• Own irrigation process: schedules, repairs, and client needs.
• Maintain records in Aspire and monitor job costs daily.
